अनोखा बेसन परांठा । उँगलियाँ चाटते रह जाओगे ।। Besan Parantha | Yummy Fusion of Parantha & Cheela
Servings: 4 - 5 parantha
********Ingredients***************
* 4 tbsp of Besan powder
* 1/2 tsp of Jeera powder
* 1 tsp of Dhania powder
* Pinch of red chilli powder
* Handful of coriander leaves
* Salt to taste
* Dough for chapatis
******Recipe*************
1.Mix besan with less water initially to avoid lumps and add water regularly to get a flowing consistency of the batter .
2.Add handful of corriander leaves.
3.Add 2-3 chopped green chillies.
4.Add Salt to taste.
5.Add 1/2 tsp zeera powder.
6.Add 1 tsp Dhania powder.
7.Add pinch of red chilli powder.
8.Mix all the ingredients and form a fine batter. All it to rest for 10 - 15 mins.
9.Roll the chapati and make sure the edges are very thin.
10.Apply a thin layer of the mixture evenly on the other side of the half cooked chapati.
11.Allow it cook on medium flame for 1-2 mins till the mixture settles down on the chappati
12.Add oil and allow it cook on high flame for another 2 mins.
13.Cook well from the edges and enjoy the besan parantha this winter with Pudhina chutney.
