Healthy and Quick Breakfast , Tadka Idli . Give a healthy kick start to your day with this recipe . Gym people are also advised to have such a breakfast which is both light as well as full of energy.
**********Ingredients***********
Servings: 14-15Idlis

Roasted Samolina(sooji) 1Cup
Sour Curd 1Cup
Water 1Cup
Baking soda 1tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Peanuts 1/2 Cup
Curry Leaves 7-10
Mustard Seeds(Rai) 1/2tsp
Oil (for cooking and greesing)
***********Recipie***********
a)Mix Samolina,Curd,Water,Baking soda and Salt ina bowl and set it aside for 30-40 min
b)Roughly grind peanuts with the help of rolling pin
c)Heat oil in pan and put mustard seeds , cook till they cracle and add peanuts
d)Roast peanuts for 1 min and add Curry Leaves , cook for another 30 sec.
e) Turn off the flames and let the mixture cool at room temperature.
f)CHeck the batter and add more water if required to have a fowing consistency
g) Add tadka into the batter and mix well.
i) Greese Idli plates and put 2tsp mixture for one idli
j)Put Idli stand in cooker once water starts to boil
h)Cook for 25-30 min and check the idlis after sometime.
k)Serve idlis with coconut chutney or any other sauce/chutney of your choice
