******** Ingredients *************
Garlic Bread
Jalapeno Pepper (8-10 slices)
Processed Cheese Cubes (1 cube for 3 slices but you can be as generous as you want)
Yellow and Red Bell Peppers (1/2 each)
Capsicum (1/2)
Green CHillies (2)
Onion (1 med)
Garlic Cloves (10-12)
Tomato Ketchup (2 Tbsp)
Green Chilly Sauce (1 Tbsp)
Butter (salted or preferrably Garlic)
Oregano and Chilly Flakes

********** Recipe **************
1) Finely Chop Capsicum , Bell Peppers and Green Chilly together
2) Finely Chop Garlic
3) Roughly cut Jalapeno peppers in small pieces
4) Mix Tomato and Chilly Sauce
5) Apply butter on Bread and put some chopped garlic on top
6) Toast the bread for 2-3 min so that garlic is cooked a bit
7) Apply Sauce and Vegetables on bread and grate a generous amount of cheese on top.
8) Sprinkle Oregano and CHily flakes and cook the bread in Tandoor or Microwave till cheese melts
9) Sprinkle some more seasoning and Serve it with Tomato Ketchup

===========Coconut Chutney ===================
***********Ingredients*****************
1) Coconut 1Cup (Diced)
2) Roasted Chana 1/2 Cup (without skin)
3) Green Chilly 3
4) Table Salt 1tsp
5) Curd 1/2 Cup (sour)
6) Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp(Rai)
7) Currey Leaves 5-7
8) Oil 1tsp

*********Recipe***********
1)Put all the ingrediends in a grinder and grind for 8-10 min till all coconut chunks are grind properly . Use water from time to time to make a fine paste
2)Prepare a tadka of mustard seeds and currey leaves in oil and mix in the chutney

===========Onion Tomato Chutney ===================
***********Ingredients*****************
1) Oil 1/2tbsp
2) Mustard Seeds 1tsp (Rai)
3) Split black gram 1/8 Cup (Urad Dhuli)
4) Split Chickpeas 1/8 Cup (Chana Daal)
5) Onion 1 med (diced)
6) Tomato 3 med (diced)
7) Salt (to taste)
8) Asafoetida 1/2tsp (Hing) -- This is optional
9) Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp (Haldi powder)
10) Dried Red Chilly 2
11) Currey leaves 7-10
12) Coconut 5-7 small chunks

*********Recipe***********
1)Heat Oil in a pan and add mustart seeds
2) Once mustard seeds start cracking ,add chickpeas and split black gram (already soaked in water for 5-10 min)
3) Cook for 2-3 min and add Onion
4) Add Tomato once onion are slightly cooked (Tomato quantity should be thrice the amount of onions )
5) Add Salt,Hing,Turmeric powder,Red Chilly and Currey leaves
6) Cook for 3-4 min and let it cool down at room temperature
7) Put this mixture into a grinder
8) Add coconut chunks and grind it with the help of little water

Both Chutneys are ready to be served

Tadka Idli | Quick and Healthy Breakfast || कैसे बनाएं तड़का इडली | सेहतमंद नाश्ता



Healthy and Quick Breakfast , Tadka Idli . Give a healthy kick start to your day with this recipe . Gym people are also advised to have such a breakfast which is both light as well as full of energy.

**********Ingredients***********
Servings: 14-15Idlis
********************************
Roasted Samolina(sooji) 1Cup
Sour Curd 1Cup
Water 1Cup
Baking soda 1tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Peanuts 1/2 Cup
Curry Leaves 7-10
Mustard Seeds(Rai) 1/2tsp
Oil (for cooking and greesing)

***********Recipie***********

a)Mix Samolina,Curd,Water,Baking soda and Salt ina bowl and set it aside for 30-40 min
b)Roughly grind peanuts with the help of rolling pin
c)Heat oil in pan and put mustard seeds , cook till they cracle and add peanuts
d)Roast peanuts for 1 min and add Curry Leaves , cook for another 30 sec.
e) Turn off the flames and let the mixture cool at room temperature.
f)CHeck the batter and add more water if required to have a fowing consistency
g) Add tadka into the batter and mix well.
i) Greese Idli plates and put 2tsp mixture for one idli
j)Put Idli stand in cooker once water starts to boil
h)Cook for 25-30 min and check the idlis after sometime.
k)Serve idlis with coconut chutney or any other sauce/chutney of your choice

Plum 6-7
Black Salt (to taste)
Sugar 2-3 Tsp
Lemon Juice (2 Lemons)

a) Put Plum and Sugar in a mixer/grinder and grind it till seeds of plum are visible
b) Put lemon juice and black salt in glasses and mix them
c) Pour the plum extract into the glasses and top it up with water/soda
d) Plum juice is ready to serve (you can add ice cubes if required)
