******* Ingredients ********
Wheet Dough
Cauliflower (grated) 1bowl
Coriander leaves 1Cup
Green Chilly 2tsp
Ginger diced 2tsp
Carrom Seeds 1tsp
Corainder Powder 2tsp
Amchur powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilly Powder 1tsp
****** Recipe ********
1) Grate the cauliflower
2)Mix Green chilies, Ginger , Coriander Leaves , All Spices in the grated cauliflower
3) Kneed the dough by adding 2tsp Ghee and 1tsp salt
4) Make two thin chapatis , one one chapati spread cauliflower filling and cover it with the second chapati , sealing it using water on the sides.
5) Shallow fry the paranthas using minimum oil.
6) Cut the parantha in 4 using pizza cutter and serve it with curd and pickle.
