Carrots 1cup

Capsicum 1cup
MTR Pulliogere Powder 2-3tsp
Curd 2Tsp
Mint leaves handful
Chana Daal 1tsp
Ginger 2 tsp
Spices:
Dhania Powder 1tsp
Hing 1/2tsp
Black Mustard seeds 1tsp
Currey leaves 20-25
Dried red chilly 2-3
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder 1tsp
MTR Pulliogere Powder 2-3tsp
Black Salt to taste
Black Pepper 1/4tsp
Dried Mint Powder 1/2tsp
Cumin Powder 1/4tsp
Recipe

1) Heat oil in a pan and fry chana daal ,ginger,currey leaves,rai,hing,coriander powder,turmeric
2) Add onions,potato,beans and carrot
3) Add pulliogere powder
4) Add 1cup water and cover the pan and cook for 5 min on med flame
5) Add Cooked rice and cook for 1-2 min . Your Fusion Pulao is ready

2) Crush Mint leaves with water and add the extract in curd.
3) Add black salt,black pepper,mint powder and cumin powder
4) Garnish with Mint leaves and mint powder
