Ingredients:
Rice 1bowl cooked
Beans 1cup
Carrots 1cup
Onion 1cup
Potato 1cup
Capsicum 1cup
MTR Pulliogere Powder 2-3tsp
Curd 2Tsp
Mint leaves handful
Chana Daal 1tsp
Ginger 2 tsp

Spices:
Dhania Powder 1tsp
Hing 1/2tsp
Black Mustard seeds 1tsp
Currey leaves 20-25
Dried red chilly 2-3
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder 1tsp
MTR Pulliogere Powder 2-3tsp
Black Salt to taste
Black Pepper 1/4tsp
Dried Mint Powder 1/2tsp
Cumin Powder 1/4tsp

Recipe
********
1) Heat oil in a pan and fry chana daal ,ginger,currey leaves,rai,hing,coriander powder,turmeric
2) Add onions,potato,beans and carrot
3) Add pulliogere powder
4) Add 1cup water and cover the pan and cook for 5 min on med flame
5) Add Cooked rice and cook for 1-2 min . Your Fusion Pulao is ready

1) Mix the curd so that there are no lumps
2) Crush Mint leaves with water and add the extract in curd.
3) Add black salt,black pepper,mint powder and cumin powder
4) Garnish with Mint leaves and mint powder

Maggie Magic Masala 1packet
Dhania Powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
pinch of Haldi

1)Heat oil in a pan and fry all vegetables
2)Add Coriander powder , Maggi Masala , Haldi Powder and Salt to taste
3)Add 2 Glass water
4)Add Oats and cook for few minutes till water is evaporated
5)Garnish with Coariander leaves and sprinkle Chat masala and Black Pepper

Sweet corn 1 Cup
Carrot 1/3 Cup
Onion 1/2 Cup
Green Chilly 1-2
Ginger garlic paste 1-2 tsp
Spring Onion greens 1/3 Cup
Capsicum 1/2 Cup
Vinegar 1/4 Cup
Tomato Sauce 1/4 Cup
Green Chilly Sauce 1/4 Cup
Corn Flour 1/4 Cup
Hot n Saur Instant Soup Mix 20g


**********Recipe***************
1) Boil Sweet corn with a pinch of salt
2) Drain water and mix corn flour in Sweet corn to coat them.
3) Heat oil in a pan and Fry Corns till they are golden brown (the oil should be very hot)
3) Heat oil in a pan and put Ginger garlic paste,Chillies,Onion,Carrot and Capsicum and fry them for 3-4 min.
4) Dilute Soup mix in a cup with water and put it in fried vegetables.
5) Add water , Tomato sauce and Green Chilly Sauce and cook for 2 min
6) Add fried corns in the gravy and cook for a min , add salt to taste and your dish is ready to serve

***Ingredients**** Bhindi/Lady finger/Okra 1/2 kg Onion 2 Green chillies 3-4 Salt to taste Dhania powder 3tsp Haldi powder 1tsp Red Chilly pwder 1/2 tsp Jeera powder 1.5 tsp Amchur powder 1tsp ****Recipe******* 1)Wash Bhindi properly and dry it using a cloth and let it sit in sunlight for 1/2 hr. 2)Slice Bhindi,Onions and chillies separately 3)Heat oil in a pan and fry Onions and chilly for 10 min on low/med flame for 10 min 4)Remove fried onions and in the same pan heat more oil and fry Bhindi for 20 min on low/med flame 5)Mix onions in bhindi and fry for 2min on high flame. 6)Mix all spices except salt and cook for 1min 7)Add salt and gently mix . Your Dish is ready to serve
